Comfortable mini house of 24mts, capacity to accommodate up to 4 people, includes TV, wifi, air conditioning, small equipped kitchen, cooking stove, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, private bathroom, 3 chairs, desk, a sofa bed and mattress of 1.40m (the mattress is located on the second level on a mezzanine), are two separate environments, NO rooms. You have access to a washing machine in the common area. We comply with Colombian regulations; check the house rules.

It is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Medellin, in the Poblado neighborhood within walking distance of Envigado, close to stores, restaurants, supermarkets such as Euro la Frontera, pharmacies, bars, among others, only 12 minutes from the local airport Olaya Herrera and 37 minutes from the international airport Jose Maria Cordova by car, cabs are cheap and there are excellent bus connections. There are several stores and restaurants.
The property is located in the garden of a remodeled house intended for apartments with separate entrance, one level access by elevated ramp and few stairs.
In case you need to use a hair dryer, blender or the laundry area during your stay, you can coordinate the service in advance by requesting it to the cleaning lady, the laundry area is common and is located on the first level, on the outside left of the property. You must bring your own detergent.
A few steps from Euro La Frontera Supermarket, Mall La Frontera, Sao Paulo Plaza shopping center, it is close to Club Campestre, a few minutes from shopping centers such as Santafé, Oviedo and EAFIT University.
It is also close to many places of interest such as Parque Lleras, Parque del Poblado and Provenza neighborhood for you to enjoy your visit to Medellin.
Every 15 days our cleaning staff performs a general cleaning.
